1Way Over Yonder
Shamans from around the world say we are dreaming the wrong dream. We are all suffering from nature deficit disorder, especially our children. If the message shared is one of fear, then you are working with the wrong spiritual teacher, find a new teacher who is dreams of unity, practices forgiveness. Find a healed healer.
2Will You Love Me Tomorrow?
George Balanchine loved women and made ballets especially for his favorites. He also loved the costumes that could be designed to make women look as beautiful as lovely 'jewels.' Once, when he visited the shop of jewelers Van Cleef & Arpels on Fifth Avenue, he was inspired to create a three-part ballet titled 'Jewels,' which contained the dances 'Diamonds,' 'Emeralds' and 'Rubies.'
3I Feel The Earth Move
A new Internet organization just popped onto the radar. This group is spreading the message of ever-life, of never dying saying FUCK YOU to Death. It's relatively new, not scheduled to get off the ground until Nov. 17th, but this is a good preview!
4(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman
What a fun film. I can imagine that the cast and crew had the best time making it. Directed by Marc Caro and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, (director of some of my other favorites, Amelie, A Very Long Engagment, City of Lost Children). It is highly stylized and incredibly charming, like the forementioned.
5Home Again
Another shining example of the moronic youth of today. These teens are tazering willing girls on the titties and on the anus as they frolic around in their panties and bras. They also display their intellect by electrocuting their own weenies and throwing chinese stars at eachother's buttcheeks. Welcome to America. Whats wrong with people??!
6Where You Lead
The Denver Nuggets were able to miss three alley-oops in one quarter and still run away from the Washington Wizards, who haven't been this bad at the start of the season since the days of the Baltimore Bullets. Carmelo Anthony scored 12 consecutive...
7So Far Away
Singers have a chance to sing a capella in front of Kurt Bestor and a community audience in the 'Bestor's Best of Utah Singer Search' to win a chance to perform with Kurt Bestor in his 19th Annual Christmas Concert.
8Smackwater Jack - (bonus track, previously unreleased, live)
When Ben Stein - America's preeminent economics expert - says not to worry about the present market fluctuations, I listen with big ears because this great man is always right and he's a pal of David Kagan, author of Sunstroke. One of his important reasons: 1) The Fed isn't going to allow the big-money-center banks to fail. A must-read.
9You've Got A Friend
There was talk of Covers Record 2 and Covers Record II for Cat Power's 'sequel' to 2000's Covers Record, but now the album has a real name all of its own - Jukebox.
10Beautiful
Venezuela's Hugo Chavez steps up his row with Spain's king by asking how much he knew of a 2002 coup.
11It's Too Late
In 3-pages, Michael Bailey of Mobasoft, LLC discusses social networking and breaks it down for all of those people who have heard of new media and are thinking of tapping into the power of the people for their business product or service.
12Out In The Cold - (bonus track, previously unreleased)
Pop It's not that Celine Dion can't sing without sounding like a pyrotechnic showstopper at one of her Vegas extravaganzas. She's shown subtlety on her French-language albums and she unfurls Linda Perry's "My Love" on this new album with subdued grace. Even Dion's snoozy take on Heart's big ballad, "Alone," is cute in cloying fashion.

THANKSGIVING
14Smackwater Jack
JOHN Swinney used the SNP's first budget yesterday to make a determined pitch for middle Scotland - unveiling populist, tax-cutting measures designed to win over householders and small businesses.
